Volunteer Opportunities

Get Involved!

From the beginning volunteers have played a vital role in the development of our urban agriculture project. Without the help of so many individuals contributing week after week Soil Born Farms would not be what it is today. Read the descriptions below for volunteer opportunities that interest you.

On the Farm

2nd Tuesday of the month at the Farm on Hurley Way, last Tuesday of the month at the River Ranch (April–October)
Evenings, 5:30–dusk

Work with us on farm duties, some of which include planting, weeding, harvesting, or composting, depending on the season. After working up a sweat, stay for a potluck dinner under the grape arbor. No need to call ahead, just come by.
